What is the Monos lifetime warranty?
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. All Monos luggage comes with a limited lifetime warranty that covers cracks in the shell, broken wheels, handles, and zippers that are no longer functional.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within North America. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How do I clean my Monos suitcase?
To maintain the exterior, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For scuffs, we recommend using the included scuff eraser to gently buff out marks on the polycarbonate shell.
Do you offer international shipping?
